i stayed two nights with my family at hilbre. the owners were brilliant, and my kids loved the games room. it exceeded my expectations, especially the amazing breakfast!

Room was super neat and comfy – beds were like clouds! Breakfast was a dik brekkie, just what we needed before the day out. Owners are so friendly, they really made us feel at home, helping with parking and all.

Only thing was the noise from other guests at night. bit of a schlep sometimes.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to local attractions and amenities. Breakfast was a highlight, not only well-cooked but had plenty of unlimited tea and coffee available. The room on the top floor provided a peaceful retreat, with comfortable beds and blackout curtains ensuring a good night's sleep. we did experience some minor noise disturbances from the bar area at night, which could be an issue for light sleepers.
